High Performing Accounts Payable Lead

A company is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Accounts Payable team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, collaborate with other departments, and implement best practices to optimize processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the Accounts Payable Team and ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Mentoring and coaching direct reports to help them reach their full potential
  • Performing talent reviews and recommending training and development opportunities
