Job Overview

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our US-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and tracking documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims.

This role involves maintaining and updating HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality, as well as assisting with coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • FMLA and ADA Accommodations: Process and track documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee inquiries and monitor the HR inbox.
  • Training and Development: Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation.

Requirements:
  • Amenable to Work Graveyard Hours: Must be willing to work graveyard hours/night shift.
  • NCR or Neighboring Region Residency: Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency purposes.
  • Ability to Start ASAP: Must be able to start working immediately.

Work Arrangement:

This position offers an Onsite with Remote Flexibility work arrangement. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • High-Speed Internet: High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload is required. A speed test will be performed.
