Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food safety programs in line with McDonald's Global Standards and local regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Lead key food safety initiatives including Water Safety Management, Cleaning and Sanitation Programs, and Digital Food Safety Implementation.
  • Conduct food safety training and audits for restaurants and suppliers to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Support supplier quality management by assisting in compliance validation, internal audits, and supplier engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to align on food safety standards and best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Prior work experience in Manufacturing or Food Service industries as QA.
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Sensory Evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, auditing, and quality management systems.
  • Experience in training facilitation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to conduct restaurant support visits.
