We are seeking a skilled Service Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Smart Communications, Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test plans and strategies based on business requirements and system functionalities.
  2. Review and provide feedback on test scripts developed by SQA Analysts.
  3. Ensure that all required documents are signed off prior to testing execution and change implementation.
  4. Perform acceptance testing and ensure that defined metrics are achieved.
  5. Monitor testing progress and provide regular status reports to the project team.
  6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of individual task/project reporting.
  7. Ensure accuracy and completeness of test execution.
  8. Analyze and address systems/process issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
  9. Support the delivery of quality improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost savings through the implementation of Testing Center of Excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree holder preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related course.
  • At least 3 to 4 years' experience in IT-related activities.
