Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
