  • As an Origination Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections following our compliance program. This involves identifying and analyzing deviations to avoid environmental impact and potential risk to our business.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Following company environment and health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Identifying risky behaviors in the workplace and taking appropriate action;
  • Escalating serious issues as appropriate;
  • Attending audits and preparing required documents; and
  • Handling basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be willing to learn and adapt quickly to changing situations. In addition, you must be able to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience as a Line Inspector or equivalent. You will also need to have a good understanding of sanitation and manufacturing practices, including plant hygiene programs. If you have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, that would be a bonus

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Willingness to work in General Santos and for rotating assignments at various Cargill sites;
  • Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals); and
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
