Job Title:

NOC Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled NOC Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest level of quality in our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the performance of our team members and identifying areas for improvement.


  1. Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
  3. Analyze trend data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify potential process gaps and develop solutions.
  5. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new tools and processes.
  6. Track performance at team and individual levels.
  7. Monitor email responses and customer feedback.
  8. Provide actionable data to internal support groups as needed.
  9. Coordinate call calibration sessions and provide feedback to supervisors and managers.
  10. Prepare and analyze quality reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a NOC environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Focused on quality and customer service.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
