Job Title: Business Growth Strategist - NetSuite Services

Drive Revenue Growth with Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth in the NetSuite services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute short and long-term sales strategies to achieve sales targets and team goals.
  • Sales Process Development: Develop scalable, repeatable sales processes that drive growth in local and offshore markets.
  • Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Generate and analyze reports using CRM systems to optimize sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Channel Identification and Strategy Application: Proactively identify sales channels and apply the appropriate strategies to maximize results.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Conference Visits and Lead Generation: Seek new business opportunities through conference visits, lead generation tactics, and creative approaches.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term client relationships to increase customer loyalty.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with demand and market conditions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of building and maintaining your own sales pipeline, consistently meeting personal and team sales goals.
  • New Product Development and Pricing Strategy Refining: Assist in developing new products and refining pricing strategies for the department.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports on current market share, direct sales, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
  • ERP Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling ERP systems, specifically NetSuite services, is highly preferred.
  • Outbound Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
  • Offshore Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of offshore markets, particularly the US and UK, with some exposure to AUS.
  • CRM Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with using CRM tools like HubSpot and lead generation platforms like Apollo.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and processes that scale effectively.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from sales data.
  • Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of working independently to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSP and IT Services Company Experience: Experience in targeting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT services companies.
  • Consultative Selling Methodologies: Knowledge of consultative or solution selling methodologies.
  • Market Dynamics Understanding: Understanding of market dynamics and trends in the software and technology services space.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
