Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to design and implement automated cloud application platform solutions. This role entails spearheading the development of innovative solutions for our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated cloud application platform solutions with a focus on distributed application architectures and containerized development workflows.
  • Mentor developers in best practices associated with CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
  • Design, build, manage, and operate continuous delivery frameworks and tools as a subject matter expert on CI/CD for developer teams.
  • Design, build, manage, and operate infrastructure as a service layers that support platform services.
  • Create continuous delivery pipelines to manage and automate the lifecycle of platform components.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related IT field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps operations, including automation and CI/CD pipeline building.
  • 3+ years of experience with Docker as a Developer.
  • 3+ years of experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including operator installs, Helm charts, cluster installs, job configuration, and monitoring.
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab, and CI/CD processes.
  • Automate application deployments via CI/CD pipelines using best practices and open-source tooling.
  • Automate Platform as a Service (PaaS) infrastructure using tools like Ansible.
  • Proficient in PowerShell.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. We offer remote work opportunities with flexible scheduling.
