We are seeking a senior-level professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR and ensuring that policies and processes align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders, participating in strategic planning and decision-making
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain dynamic and effective
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience managing a diverse HR team
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
