About the Role

The Assistant Principal for Operations and Compliance oversees schoolwide processes to ensure seamless execution. This individual leads process implementation, provides administrative support, and collaborates closely with the Principal.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Promote transparency by updating core process documentation.

  4. Support instructional leadership by preparing department meetings, identifying issues, and formulating meeting agendas.

  6. Foster collaboration with instructional coaches and department heads to deliver quality instruction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Educational Administration.
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience.
  • Minimum of three years in school leadership.
  • Proven ability to adapt processes and strategies to evolving school needs.
