We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Management Specialist to uphold quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management, process enhancement, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
  • Establish and implement quality standards and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are advantageous.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in quality management, process enhancement, or a related field, with familiarity in data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
