Learning Experience Developer

The role involves creating engaging learning materials and activities in collaboration with subject matter experts. Key responsibilities include applying best practices in learning technologies, working with experts to identify learning outcomes and target learner populations, identifying effective delivery mechanisms, setting instructional goals and creating content to match them, providing learner interactivity and creating supporting material/media.
Key Qualifications:- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Working knowledge of web design technologies and multi-media formats
- Visual design skills (e.g. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to write effective instructional text and scripts
- BA or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar field
- Effective communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
