Software Engineer Opportunity

Join us in building innovative developer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the design and development of a new open-source tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive user interfaces for new tool capabilities
  • Write high-quality code to create new features and functionalities
  • Ensure correctness, robustness, and performance of software solutions across diverse use cases
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in software development using Go, Python, C, or C++
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux system fundamentals, including cgroups and namespaces
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a curious and thoughtful approach
  • Strong academic track record from high school through university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field or compelling narrative about alternative chosen path
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in sharing ideas and feedback
  • Proficiency in professional written and spoken English, with excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel internationally for company events

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LXC/LXD, AI/ML, and/or CUDA/OpenVINO
  • Knowledge of system and language package managers internals
