We are seeking a skilled Merchant Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in providing exceptional support to our e-commerce clients, ensuring they get the most out of our testing platform.
About the PositionThis position involves delivering top-notch customer experiences by promptly responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and becoming an expert on our product. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and think critically.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product to answer questions quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Ensure all tickets are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
- Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, BI platforms, or similar technologies is a plus
