Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX designer to join our global, remote-first team. As a UI/UX designer at Spectrum One, you will have the opportunity to create impactful digital products and internal platforms that drive user engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing product or web design samples, and proficiency in Figma or similar tools. They should also possess a solid understanding of UX research, usability, and design systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups, creating intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and mobile, collaborating with developers, PMs, and stakeholders, and using data and feedback to iterate and improve designs.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and be part of a growth-friendly, non-micromanaged environment that encourages creative freedom and real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design clean and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accessibility standards
  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements:
