About Our Tax Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned Tax Manager to oversee our compliance operations.

  • Manage staff and review tax returns prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Develop and execute complex individual and business return preparation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in resolving software issues during tax return preparation.
  • Directly engage with clients to gather necessary information and provide timely updates on their tax matters.
  • Effectively communicate with tax authorities in response to notices and other correspondence.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, such as finance or economics.
  • Extensive knowledge of US Federal and state tax laws, including experience with forms 1120, 1120s, 1065, 1040, 1041, and not for profit returns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ProSeries, a preferred tax preparation software.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
