We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to emails, and creating reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create opportunities and make a difference in the lives of our clients.
- Enter data into customer relationship management (CRM) software to update customer information.
- Meet service level agreements set forth by management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40WPM.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-oriented and adaptable to different personalities.
- Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher) processor and 8 GB RAM.
- Windows 10 or higher operating system (MacOS equivalent allowed).
- Headset with noise-cancelling feature.
- Internet connection with minimum speed of 30 Mbps.
- Software: Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Gdrive, Discord.
