Virtual Customer Service Agent

As a professional phone agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls professionally and handling customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Represent our clients accurately and maintain their brand image through consistent communication.
- Book appointments on client CRM/scheduling platforms to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-up.
- Take detailed call summary notes, including contact information and reason for inquiry.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:- A high-speed internet connection (40 Mbps) to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
- A computer with an Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM to ensure optimal performance and data processing.
- A backup power source to guarantee uninterrupted work continuity.
