Job Opportunity

This role combines technical expertise with light design work, focusing on blog management and updating, website performance, and user experience. Our ideal candidate will have a versatile and detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Own and maintain websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and security
    • Implement and maintain blog layouts using Elementor and/or custom HTML/CSS/JS
    • Collaborate with designers to implement blog/page layouts and templates
  • SEO & Discoverability: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
    • Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Content Publishing: Manage timely content posting, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand standards
    • Troubleshoot site and hosting issues, as well as domain configurations and file management
  • Content Strategy: Align web content with marketing campaigns and business goals
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish processes for managing outdated content, consistency, and quality across web assets
  • Integration Management: Maintain integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics, marketing platforms)
  • Additional Support: Security best practices, performance optimization, version control, change management, backup, and recovery plans
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve our web strategy
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, SEO tools, web analytics, and hosting platforms
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
