About the Job:

We are looking for individuals who can support clients in translating business requirements into functional solutions. As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.).
  • Support clients in identifying and resolving issues within existing SAP SuccessFactors environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases, updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • At least 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS experience.
