Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Assistant and CRM/WordPress expert, you will be responsible for streamlining both administrative operations and web/CRM functionality.

This role involves building and customizing WordPress forms and layouts, as well as managing Salesforce CRM workflows and dashboards. You will also assist in client follow-ups, email communications, and scheduling meetings.

In addition, you will generate and manage invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping entries. Your task will also involve coordinating between departments for task updates and completion.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in WordPress website management and customization. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms like Pipedrive) is essential.

Familiarity with Make.com or Zapier is a strong advantage. You should also have at least 2 years' experience in executive or virtual assistance.

A strong time management skill and the ability to work independently are necessary for this role. Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data are also crucial.

  • Key Responsibilities:
