Customer Experience Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to call center personnel.

Job Description:

The Customer Experience Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of training programs that focus on customer service, sales skills, and product knowledge. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement training materials, and deliver training sessions in both virtual and brick-and-mortar environments.

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet business objectives
  • Create engaging and interactive training content that resonates with adult learners
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials
  • Deliver training sessions in a virtual environment using Adobe Connect or similar platforms
  • Maintain a high success rate of graduates who meet performance expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year experience in adult learning environments, preferably in the contact center industry
  • An undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, English, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
