Station Loader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to fill the role of Station Loader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and mail to/from aircraft safely and efficiently
  • Assisting Equipment Operators in preparing container dollies/ULDs
  • Performing cabin cleaning and related ramp duties
  • Ensuring On-Time Performance (OTP) by meeting loading deadlines
  • Safely handling special cargo (e.g., live animals, dangerous goods, heavy/dense loads)
  • FOLLOWING safety procedures and PPE regulations at all times
  • Attending pre-flight briefings and complying with operational instructions
  • Providing excellent customer service to passengers and airline representatives
  • Reporting equipment issues and cargo irregularities immediately
  • Verifying cargo and document information for correct delivery (cross-check cargo stickers with AWB)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and integrity of ULDs; reporting any damage
  • Performing only authorized and trained tasks
  • FOLLOWING all airport authority and airline safety/security protocols

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Physically fit and professionally presentable
  • Clean employment record (no regulatory issues)
  • Preferably with Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3)
  • Willing to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic
