Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, driving business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading store operations, managing staff, and implementing local marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all company standards and procedures are met, and for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store operations, including opening/mid shift procedures and closing procedures
  • Manage staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Implement local marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams, driving business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
