Project Compliance Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Compliance Administrator to join our team at DBOS.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- To administer each project under your control to ensure all Head Contract and Subcontract Agreement obligations are met by all parties;
- To implement the client's Quality Assurance System;
- To maximize the financial position of the client on each project;
- To provide support to the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on project progress and milestones;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues;
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree or diploma in a related field;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project administration;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
