We have partnered with a leading Australian company specializing in a full range of fire services, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems. Established in 2008, they are committed to Australian Standards, offering innovative and flexible fire protection solutions. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems.
As a Service & Compliance Administrator, you will oversee the service reports, oversee compliance systems to ensure all services meet regulatory and industry standards. You will also provide administrative support to the sales team. No prior experience is needed; full training will be provided

What you'll be working on:Compliance Administration
- Review and publish service reports, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Upload and manage compliance reports, keeping records accurate and organized.
- Learn to use compliance systems to track and maintain documentation.
- Develop an eye for detail, identifying and correcting minor discrepancies in reports.
- Ask questions and grow, gaining a strong understanding of compliance requirements and processes.
- Work closely with the team, contributing to continuous improvements in how compliance is managed.
- Uploading invoices to client portals in an accurate and timely manner.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Preparing defect quotations for internal review and approval.
- Processing and reviewing data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting in the development and preparation of service agreements.
- Supporting the creation and compilation of tender submissions.
- Open to fresh graduates with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accurate reports.
- Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Comfortable with numbers and data accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solver who asks questions and seeks improvements.
- Reliable and able to manage tasks efficiently.
