Disaster Relief Customer Support Specialist

Job OverviewThis is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief needs. The successful candidate will assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, and improve the customer's experience. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our latest customer service techniques and account management systems.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Have a typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a basic understanding of Windows OS
- Be highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Have the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Have aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient)
- Have the ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Have strong team orientation and customer focus
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
