IT Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Deployment Specialist to deploy and maintain client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites with precision and attention to detail.
  • Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features for optimal functionality.
  • Update meeting information, logos, banners, and upload downloadable files efficiently.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide product usage and sales information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately, utilizing problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Conduct client training sessions and perform environmental health checks to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
