Job Description: As a Business Support Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing administrative support, managing employee records and processing transactions. You will also be responsible for participating in ad hoc projects and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Record Management: Manage employee records, including creating and updating profiles, and maintaining accuracy
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including preparing and submitting reports, and tracking expenses
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Customer Focus: Ability to provide exceptional customer service
