About the Role:

We are looking for an Administrative Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects at Alpha Century Consultancy Inc. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be highly communicative, and have a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for management, team members, clients, and external parties.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely project documentation, reports, and updates.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with project teams to facilitate collaboration and coordination.
  • Capturing project requirements and developing solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity or in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Prior experience handling creative projects or relevant industry experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
