We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven finance professional to support key financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the final stage of invoice processing for venue teams, ensuring accurate coding of Cost of Goods Sold and timely posting of invoices.
  • Collaborate with venue leaders to maintain consistent workflows and reduce end-of-month bottlenecks.

Regular Banking Tasks:

  • Perform rigorous daily bank reconciliations using ERP systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions, maintaining strict compliance with internal controls and reconciliation standards.

Cash Reconciliation Procedures:

  • Monitor and validate daily cash schedules from venues. Ensure EON reports are completed accurately and coded to the correct general ledger accounts.
  • Engage with venue leaders to resolve discrepancies and improve compliance.

Ad Hoc Financial Projects:

  • Support various finance-related tasks as needed, including data entry, reporting, and assisting with client-specific requests.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of financial operations.

This role involves regular interaction with venue teams and requires a high level of maturity, reliability, and ownership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA qualification is a plus but not required).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central and Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
