AI Engineer

Hiring for a remote Full-time AI Engineer position with a competitive salary. This role involves designing and implementing AI-driven processes to replace manual workflows, eliminating redundancy and improving efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Project Support & Coordination: Eliminate manual back-and-forth by designing automated, integrated workflows using AI transcription tools and Microsoft System Integration & Maintenance.
  • Microsoft System Integration & Maintenance: Set up API integrations between Microsoft products, transcription tools, and project management systems to create centralized, actionable outputs.
  • Voice-to-Form Data Capture Automation: Implement wearable or mobile AI tools to capture key conversations in the field and auto-upload recordings to OneDrive for central storage.
  • Communication Management: Monitor and triage team chats, Slack threads, and emails, and develop keyword- or tag-based triggers to flag urgent or important communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows to replace manual processes
  • Set up API integrations between Microsoft products and other tools
  • Implement wearable or mobile AI tools for data capture
  • Monitor and manage team communications

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and ecosystem
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions
  • Reliability is non-negotiable; consistently delivers on time with precision and accountability
  • Skilled in platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), N8N, and similar tools
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
