Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will configure, design and maintain collaborative digital platforms to support business objectives and drive process improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customise digital platforms to meet business needs.
  • Develop page layouts, web parts and workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Set up secure and user-friendly document libraries, team sites and communication channels.
  • Implement and manage access controls, content governance and user permissions.
  • Integrate workflow automation tools and applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support AI-powered content retrieval and provide technical guidance on platform usage.
  • Maintain governance standards ensuring consistent structure and usability.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
  • 5 years of experience configuring and managing digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of platform structure, security and governance.
  • Experience with setting up digital platforms and ecosystem integrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and services.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS or JavaScript for customisation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with focus on usability and governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
