Job Title:Senior Digital Platform Specialist

Job Description:As a Senior Digital Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services across the organization. This includes Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related security and compliance features.

Key Responsibilities include leading platform enablement, ensuring secure and reliable service delivery, and supporting adoption across global field offices and headquarters. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, application support, and field IT teams to contribute to both operational excellence and modernization efforts aligned with the digital workplace strategy.

The role requires a deep expertise in Microsoft 365 platform administration and configuration, as well as experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Power Automate, etc.). A solid understanding of M365 licensing models, tenant architecture, and service dependencies is essential. Familiarity with hybrid identity management (Azure AD, Entra ID) and device integration is also desirable.

You will serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus on performance, integration, and user experience. You will lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of services across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and related compliance/security tools. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and documentation to support platform standardization and governance in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.

Partnering with Application Support and TBM teams, you will drive adoption, training, and effective use of productivity tools. Supporting service integration across M365, Box, and other platforms within the digital workplace ecosystem is also key to this role. You will provide third-level support and act as an escalation point for complex issues and service interruptions. Collaborating within Agile teams, embracing iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning is crucial for success in this position.

Finally, you will provide mentoring to junior engineers and regional IT staff, ensuring consistent capabilities across the organization.
