**Digital Marketing Expert Role**
We're looking for a skilled digital marketing expert to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll play a vital role in helping our virtual assistants (Doers) succeed.
About the RoleThis is a remote opportunity that requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules. You'll work behind the scenes to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and power through everything from funnel fixes to email flows.
- You'll use your technical expertise across a wide range of marketing tools to guide Doers, improve outcomes for Founders, and keep the machine running smoothly.
- This role involves answering real-time queries from Doers via internal chat, troubleshooting issues in various tools, and assisting in Founder escalations.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting Doers' work, ensuring minimal disruption to their tasks.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create how-to resources, Loom videos, and SOPs to plug recurring knowledge gaps, promoting best practices among the team.
- Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with DSLs, CX, Training, and QA teams to enhance systems, prevent repeat issues, and drive process improvements.
- 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles.
- Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel.
- Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding.
- Knowledge of project management tools, SEO platforms, or website builders.
