Job Title

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering teams and help build high-impact software features that deliver value to our customers.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide scrum teams, help clear blockers, and ensure they have what they need to be successful. Your responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating effective communication among team members
  • Keeping all parties on track and informed of project progress
  • Providing timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Championing agile values and practices within the organization
  • Onboarding, training, and mentoring scrum team members
  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Helping Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
  • Removing roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams
  • Tweaking and adjusting the team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. You should also have a working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. An Agile Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred.
