This role is for a Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Scrum Teams in building impactful software and features that deliver value to customers. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who fosters collaboration and team growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure everyone is on track and informed of project progress. This includes conducting regular stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies to keep teams focused and motivated.">
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization. This includes refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs for efficient software delivery.">
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members to enhance their skills and performance. This includes helping team members understand agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.">
  • Remove roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams and tweak Agile practices as needed to facilitate software delivery. This includes coordinating with release planning and deployment activities to ensure smooth project execution.">

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodology and techniques.">
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. The ideal candidate will be able to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.">
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred. However, relevant certifications or training in agile methodologies are also acceptable.">
