As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will spearhead our Engineering Scrum Teams in delivering high-impact software and features that bring value to customers. This pivotal role emphasizes guiding teams, resolving impediments, and driving success.

Job Summary:

  • Effective Team Facilitation: Expertly facilitate communication among team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Progress Oversight: Maintain visibility into project progress and keep all stakeholders informed of key milestones.
  • Timely Feedback: Provide regular feedback to stakeholders to foster transparency and trust.
  • Agile Champion: Embed agile principles, values, and practices within the organization.
  • Team Development: Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ceremonial Support: Organize and lead essential scrum ceremonies like stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
  • Backlog Management: Assist Product Owners in refining, prioritizing, and optimizing product backlogs.
  • Obstacle Removal: Identify and resolve roadblocks hindering team progress.
  • Process Enhancement: Adapt and refine Agile practices to optimize software delivery.
  • Release Coordination: Collaborate with release planning and deployment activities to ensure smooth execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master (or similar role)
    • Proven knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification (desired)
