Scheduler Position Overview

This position involves coordinating and managing schedules for caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

  • Develop and maintain accurate caregiver schedules across various areas.
  • Respond promptly to schedule changes or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers via our communication system.
  • Update records and case notes in our database (training provided).
  • Collaborate with the operations team to flag potential issues and maintain staffing balance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
  • Generate weekly reports and provide updates to leadership.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent problem-solving skills.
