Customer Support Associate I

This role interfaces with customers via various channels to provide top-notch service and support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless service delivery that meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to resolve issues promptly
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport
  • Greet customers professionally, using agreed-upon procedures
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare accurate work, including notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with relevant experience preferred
  • Courteous with a strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, including flexibility and adaptability
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
Location and Employment Type

Located in PHL Muntinlupa - Alabang 1, this is a full-time position.
