Senior Risk and Compliance Professional

The Compliance Analyst will demonstrate understanding of the company culture and competitive environment.
- Maintain ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
- Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
- Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.
- Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance.
- Analyze new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance-related activities are coordinated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has a University Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
