About this Role:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee and mentor a team of engineers focused on delivering high-quality inspections and data accuracy within the electric utility sector.

Main responsibilities include leading and managing the team, overseeing asset cataloging, ensuring quality control, providing leadership and training to junior engineers, collaborating with external partners, and staying updated on industry standards and regulations.

Key qualifications for this role include 5+ years of experience in the electric utility field, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer skills.

  • Lead and manage a team of Utility Engineers to ensure high-quality inspections and data accuracy.
  • Oversee the cataloging of utility assets and identification of equipment issues or hazards.
  • Ensure quality control of work packages and compliance with project standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with external partners to meet project goals and deliverables.
