Project Manager for Facilities and Construction

This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

  • Strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, or building management is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate maintenance and surveillance of properties, including offices and residential buildings.

  2. Manage properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.

  3. Ensure that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.

  4. Act as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.

  5. Monitor progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

  6. Develop and implement building management best practices.

  7. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.

  8. Provide regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
