Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in project coordination. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end timelines, supporting project management activities, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

In this position, you will play a key support role to the Project Manager, driving private-label and branded initiatives forward. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage artwork development processes, and maintain accurate project data.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans.
  • Coordinate artwork development processes, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project data, including timelines and project documents.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams.
About This Role

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and manage their own workload.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments.
  • A college diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
