Senior Leadership Partner

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact and strategic partner to senior leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between senior leadership and other departments.
- Represent senior leaders in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
- Coordinate initiatives across multiple teams, including HR, Data, Chat, Lead, and Client Relations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop performance metrics and reporting systems.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead projects from conception to completion.
- Maintain project documentation and tracking records.
- Draft high-quality executive communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, executive support, or project management roles.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced technical skills in tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Notion.
