The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and processing signed contracts, capturing data elements in Salesforce.com, creating contract assets, and maintaining contracts and assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a contract administration environment, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration
  • Read and process signed contracts associated with Closed Won opportunities
  • Capture all required data elements in Salesforce.com (SFDC) contract records
  • Create Contract Assets and associated artifacts using the contract asset wizard (CAW)
  • Maintain contracts and assets and account for variations, terminations, and other required contractual events

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a contract administration environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations
