Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Invoicing and Contract Administration Expert to join our Finance team. This individual will have a focus on managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Tasks:

  • Manage the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Calculate and process invoices correctly.
  • Evaluate billing readiness for all contracts and negotiate with clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with collections teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
  • Review and analyze contracts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams regarding billing and accounts receivable matters.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Manage contract and master data in various IT systems.
  • Lead the implementation of changes in the billing system using JIRA.
  • Ensure compliance with established billing policies and procedures.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance internal controls.
  • Collaborate with the Billing team to achieve shared goals.
