Invoicing and Contract Administration Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Invoicing and Contract Administration Expert to join our Finance team. This individual will have a focus on managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Tasks:
- Manage the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Calculate and process invoices correctly.
- Evaluate billing readiness for all contracts and negotiate with clients as needed.
- Collaborate with collections teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams regarding billing and accounts receivable matters.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Manage contract and master data in various IT systems.
- Lead the implementation of changes in the billing system using JIRA.
- Ensure compliance with established billing policies and procedures.
- Drive process improvements and enhance internal controls.
- Collaborate with the Billing team to achieve shared goals.
