The Contract Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all contracts and licenses are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. This includes managing license renewals, ordering new licenses, and communicating with stakeholders regarding price increases.

As a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of licensing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, information technology, legal studies, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in licensing, contract management, or customer account management, preferably within a technology, software, or compliance-related industry.
