Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service and support to retail clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer service requests, including order placement, returns, and account management
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant systems
  • Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and effective support to customers
